SecureNow's insurance app is conceptualized and designed keeping in mind customer needs and requirements and has a customer-friendly user interface. Registered users can follow below steps to login to the app:

Enter the mobile number registered with SecureNow to verify your credentials

Click on ‘Send OTP’, you will receive an OTP on your registered email and phone number

Enter OTP and Click ‘Submit’

For all insured members the mobile number and email ID is already activated.

If you are not an Insured member of SecureNow, you can click on ‘Not a member’ and register yourself. Once logged in you will see SecureNow insurance App home page and you will be able use all its useful features.

SecureNow app does not allow you to change the password. In case session get terminated, users have the option of login-in again using the OTP sent to their mobile number registered with SecureNow.

You can follow below process to access your policies and health e-cards:

Login to your SecureNow Insurance App

Go to ‘View’ section on the home screen

Click on ‘Your Policies’ to see all policies bought from SecureNow. Tap add policy and enter basic details of policies not bought via SecureNow

E-card’ carrying details of your group insurance health insurance policies

This can be used for cashless claims at TPA desk. Separate card will appear for each family member covered in the policy. It will show an E-card no, which is unique to identify any member. Card will show the sum assured, room rent capping, maternity limit for an easy reference. Click on health E-card to see cards for your group health insurance policy.
