Kapil is the co-founder and CEO of SecureNow. He has deep insurance experience, including with some of the global insurance leaders. Prior to setting up SecureNow he has worked at companies such as Prudential Financial, McKinsey and Unilever. Kapil is a charter member of TiE, an executive council member of FICCI CMSME and a director of the Insurance Broking Association of India. He writes frequently on insurance matters in several well-regarded publications.

In his last role with McKinsey & Company, he helped leading global insurers on a wide range of management topics such as new market-entry approaches, micro-market strategies, product design, network optimization, and distribution scale-up.
