We are looking for proactive  Senior Manager/Manager to work as a part of a team to build and service corporate clients. The incumbent will be allocated a market, the productivity of which he/she will be responsible for. The role would primarily involve activities across client and business development.

Job Information
:

Incumbent will join in the Affinity Group Sales team. This role involves :

  • Developing database of hospitals, nursing homes etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationship with clients associated to medical industry.
  • Calling, meeting, presenting & developing business relations with clients and market medical malpractice insurance.
  • Achieving business targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

  • -Make a database of prospects from the Apparel vertical across Delhi and NCR via Field Sales calls and internal lead generation system.
  • -Figure out the Decision Makers in the system.
  • -Assess the general Insurance requirements of the apparel segment and provide them with a solution for the same.
  • -Co-ordinate internally with the underwriting team and develop the product required by clients
  • -Negotiate on commercials and close deals.
  • -Timely Policy renewals for a continued revenue stream, relationship with the key people at the Retailer and cross sell other insurance products, wherever there is an opportunity.
  • -Meet the allocated number targets and cover the allocated geographies.
  • Candidate Background:
  • – Candidates with B2B marketing and business development experience will be preferred.
  • – Knowledge of insurance sector is not a must
  • – Lead and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentation following company procedures.
