1. It leads to weight gain, not weight loss.

Although we are awared of the fact that diet soda is calorie-free, but it won’t help us lose weight at all. Researchers have found that soda consumers have greater increase in the belly circumference compared with the non-drinkers. The fake sweeteners and sodium content present in the soda drinks although neutralizes the acidic effect in bile and gastric juices inside but leads to more obesity by 500% times.

2. It has no nutritional value:

The best calorie burner is the very old plain warm water. A glass of warm water is essential for many of our physical processes, so replacing it with a diet soda is a negative thing.

Regular consumption of soda leads to tooth decay at an early age. However it burns the presence of a lot of energy present inside the set up.

3. Causes depression

A recent study in nuerology found that over the course of 10 years, people who drank more than four cups of soda a day, were 30% more likely to develop depression than those who steered clear of sugary drinks. The relation held true for both regular and diet drinks, but researchers were sure to note that the risk to be appeared to be greater for those primarily drank sodas and fruit punches.

 

Soda does have all limelight when it comes to partying  but it certainly seem to have some addictive properties, the bottom line is that it isn’t healthy in any amount and there is absolutely no reason or justification for consuming it.
